We do our utmost to deliver Aroniq's high-quality products to you as quickly and carefully as possible.
Delivery Time: Orders placed on business days before 15:00 CET are handed over to PostNL the very same day. In most cases, your order will be delivered the next business day.
Shipping Costs: We always offer complimentary free shipping within the Netherlands.
Track & Trace: As soon as your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a PostNL Track & Trace code, allowing you to follow your delivery live.
Returns Policy
If a product does not entirely meet your expectations, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that due to the premium nature of our products, we enforce strict return conditions to guarantee the highest quality and hygiene standards for all our customers:
- The Aroniq Scent Line (Blends I through VI): Our essential oils are delivered with a security seal. For hygiene reasons and to guarantee pure quality, we can only accept returns for bottles where the original seal is completely unbroken. Opened or partially used oils cannot be returned or refunded.
- Aroniq Aroma Diffuser: The waterless diffuser must be returned undamaged, unused, and in the exact same pristine, resellable condition, including its original packaging.
If a returned product fails to meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a depreciation fee.
How do I return my order?
- Register Your Return: Please fill out the return form below. Always clearly state your order number and the reason for the return.
- Packing: Ensure the products are securely packaged, ideally in the original shipping box, to prevent damage during transit.
- Shipping: You can drop the package off at a postal office of your choice. Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense. Keep your shipping receipt safe until we have processed your return.

Upon approval of the physical return, the full purchase amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 14 business days.
